International Woman's Day - Update
The Meagan McGrath, Adventurer booth at National Defence Headquarters was a huge success! Many thanks to all those who stopped by and asked about the adventure on which I will be partaking in April 2007!I spoke with many people who, each of whom had various interests: Those with specific questions about the climbing gear on display, and those who were interested about why I would embark on such an adventure. I particularly enjoyed a conversation with one kind woman who shared with me her experience of achieving her lifelong dream!
It was wonderful to share my message with all of you: The possibilities are endless....
It's just a matter of taking those first few (possibly difficult steps) - but the feeling of accomplishment is amazing. I encourage all of you who stopped by the booth (and those who are reading this blog), to seek your dream, and go for it.
