Focus on Training!
Good day, Everyone!It's been a hectic couple of weeks since returning from "Down Under". Lots of admin, and all, but now - I'm back into training. It's coming along very well, as I'm aiming to increase my core strength right now. I continue to bike each day, and I do a workout most days - often after work. The intensity isn't too high right now, but it's increasing each week. I'm looking forward to the warm weather - those days where the humidity is super high in the morning, and you get out to run and you feel like you're swimming through the air - oooh! It's just awesome!
